STORYTELLING THROUGH BLACKOUT POETRY - community workshop
Learn how to weave your own story from an already existing text!
Attendees will scan pages from books and thoughtfully select words in order to make their own original poem - uncovering a "hidden" poem within the existing text.
This workshop will employ both poetic and visual artistic elements. NO WRITING OR POETRY EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Finished works may be displayed as part of our Community Arts gallery.
Light bites and drinks will be served.
